1️  Cartonplast® Extrusion Line

Tailored lines for producing PP hollow profile sheets from virgin, recycled, or mixed raw materials.
We support you in identifying the optimal profile geometry based on:

• Target application (box, pallet, tray…)
• Required number of reuses
• Environmental and mechanical constraints

2️ Sealing & Die-Cutting System

Exclusive machine that seals both flute and cross-flute directions, even for high-thickness and high-grammage sheets.
Benefits:

• Prevents dust, bacteria, and impurities from accumulating inside flutes
• Ensures hygienic conditions for reuse
• Traps air in sealed flutes for added rigidity, allowing use of lighter sheets

3️  Assembly Machine for Reusable Packaging

Uses hot air jet welding (no glue, no hot melt) to assemble components made entirely of polypropylene.
This ensures:

• Monomaterial construction (fully recyclable)
• Enhanced strength and durability
