The world's largest Cartonplast® line: a legacy that continues

 

 

There are moments when technology, family and industrial vision meet in a single image.

In the photograph accompanying this newsletter, we are portrayed next to the largest Cartonplast® extrusion line ever built: a line designed, built, and equipped by Agripak for one of our customers, a Cartonplast® sheet manufacturer.

Next to the calibrator, with the operator panel proudly displaying the Cartonplast® name and the Agripak logo, we are present (Fabio Terragni - President, Massimo Terragni - Technical Director, 
Patrizia Terragni – CFO) together with the children of each of us.

Three generations united behind a technology that represents much more than an industrial solution.

 

 

An invention that looks to the future

 

Cartonplast® is a technology invented in the 1960s by our father, Marco Terragni. 

An extraordinary intuition, born well before sustainability and the circular economy became central themes.

Today Cartonplast® is more relevant than ever: 

✔  it allows the production of packaging that can be reused multiple times 

✔  It is completely recyclable 

✔  It allows the regeneration of new packaging from recovered material.

 

A concrete and industrially effective response to contemporary sustainability and circular economy needs.

 

 

A line dedicated to Marco Terragni

The line you see in the photograph is not only the largest of its kind in the world. 

It's a line we wanted to dedicate with honor and emotion to our father.

Marco didn't just leave us an innovative technology. 

He passed on a way of working:

•    technical seriousness

•    passion for continuous improvement

 

Values that guide Agripak today and that we are passing on, step by step, to the third generation.

Seeing our children listen attentively to the explanations given to them, observing with curiosity and touching this Cartonplast® line with their own hands was a moment of great emotion.

It's a sign that a technological legacy can also become a cultural legacy. 

It's proof that innovation and family can grow together. It's a source of pride not only for us, but for Italian industry, which continues to stand out worldwide for its expertise, vision, and construction skills.
