Telmotor’s specialized consulting and assistance, combined with the high performance of Siemens products, have allowed Agripak, leader in the production of plastic processing machinery, to obtain a state-of-the-art system in terms of total safety.

The security system, developed by Telmotor, as Distributor Solution Partner for the Digital Factory and Process Industries and Drives Divisions of Siemens, intervenes to limit the speed of the rollers on the machines, in case of protections opening.

The Agripak exigency and the solution proposed:

The primary requirement of Agripak was to find a highly qualified technical support, with which to achieve a solid and lasting partnership over time.

Telmotor was once again confirmed not as a mere supplier of products, but as a solution developer, able to guarantee its interlocutors highly specialized service and advice in any context of application.

The customer was offered a package of Siemens solutions, from motors to the PLC, to the HMI up to the drives and LD with the addition of extended safety for all the inverters of the G120 family.

The safety extended to all the inverters of the Sinamics G120 family was also integrated.

Security that was then extended, with additional license, to the opening of the machine repairs with Safety Limited Speed ​​(SLs).

In this way, in the case of any machine-protection mechanical maintenance, the Sls is duly activated for all the inverters, thus bringing motors to the due slow safety speed.
